Customs Tax / Import Duty:

The customer is responsible for paying any Customs VAT & Import Duty charges when the goods enter their country. Please check with your customs department about charges.

Our 30 Day Returns Policy:

You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the item, proving the item is still in its original condition & packaging. Rules apply, please see below.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty and we confirm this or we have sent you the wrong item by mistake then you will be entitled to a 100% full refund including the return postage cost for sending the item back to us. However if you are returning an item that is not faulty you will receive a refund only for the item/s cost and the return postage cost will need to be funded by you the customer.

Stock Availability:

Unfortunately we can not stock all items! In an event of an item being Out Of Stock, we will try and place the order with our supplier the same day. Items that are in stock with our supplier usually take 1 or 2 days to reach our premises before we dispatch them to the customer.

Back Orders:

In the event of an item being Out Of Stock, we well contact you via e-mail and confirm this. You will then have the choice of cancelling your order or waiting until your order is in stock again. Unfortunately we cannot give ETA's on goods, we can only keep you updated with your order process via e-mail.
